My drs appt went well even though I'm pmsing I lost 2lbs and get to start on monthly visits instead of bi-weekly.  Woohoo my bmi is .2 to be in the "overweight" instead of "morbidly obese" category.

The nurses at the drs office that haven't seen me in awhile couldn't believe the difference 40 lbs made since May.

33 more lbs and I will be at my goal I set after starting in the new program and will hopefully look like this photoshop picture I "fixed" hehehe

These are the "real" pictures I took, I was out doing yard work and burned eeek! I haven't burned in so many years I can't remember, but the "peeling" effect is driving me crazy.   The pictures show it, so I photoshopped some of them and tinted them lol
