Not sure on my highest weight, if I take 289 lbs from Jan 06, add the 17 lbs I lost in surgery and add the 10 lbs the doctor said I lost previously, it makes 316 lbs

I know my scale is whacky and will give me different weights, so I have to weigh a few times and if it says the same thing twice, I go with that one, plus it weighs me 3.8 lbs more than my doctors office scale! grrr

GW 175 BMI 27.4 Slightly Overweight  - This was my goal weight when I started in March 2006. 

Lifetime Goal Weight 150 BMI 23.49 Normal Weight 
(I haven't weighed that in over 25 years, so that will take longer to achieve)

18.5 or less Underweight
18.5 to 24.99 Normal Weight
25 to 29.99 Overweight
30 to 34.99 Obesity (Class 1)
35 to 39.99 Obesity (Class 2)
40 or greater Morbid Obesity

When I achieve this,  it will be a 150+ pound weight loss!!! Incredible to think about...

 From April 2006 - August 2006  I lost 34.5lbs, but not sure how many inches.

From August 2006 - May 2007 I lost 52.5 pounds lost & 55.0 inches:
