Christmas 2007! new

When I first stared this journey, I said when and IF I lost 100 lbs I would celebrate with a cake lol I didn't do that and I'm glad.  That would have been that much more I had to lose again and walk off.

The new program with Dr C. is working so well, I can't believe I have done so well so far.  On average I have lost 5 lbs per week depending on the time of the month and if I make myself eat.

I am up to 45 min exercise doing walking and running interval training.  Right now I am doing a 2/4 ratio after a 5-7 min warm up and 5-7 cool down.  I normally do 2.3-2.5 mph walking for  minutes and 3.8-4.0 4 and jogging for 2 minutes.

I can finally run 12 full minutes at 3.8, but it makes me really sore and my stomach hurt to where I can't walk the next day, so I backed down to the 2/4 intervals.

Many of life's failures are experienced by people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.
